Labour have been rather quick to dismiss the SNP's proposal to freeze Council Tax rates as 'fantasy finance'.

I trust that Tom McCabe will be ringing up the three Councils that have frozen Council Tax rates for this year - Angus (SNP), Glasgow (Labour) and Midlothian (Labour) - to accuse them of fantasy politics?
