Slightly red in the face

Well, it seems that one of my predictions has gone down the plughole: there will be no Campbell-Oaten dream ticket. Hughes is of course throwing his hat into the ring, as is Chris Huhne (or rather, 'Who?-ne'). In other news, Catherine Stihler MEP is seeking the Labour nomination for Dunfermline and West Fife (following the death of Rachel Squire). Should she win the By-Election, Bill Miller would also have something to cheer about: she would have to step down as an MEP and he would return to the European Parliament as the next candidate on the Labour Party List.
