Scottish Questions at Westminster

A generally uninspiring session with one potential bombshell: Anne Moffat (Lab, East Lothian) is so annoyed that her party colleagues at Holyrood could reject planning applications for new nuclear power stations that she wants the Scotland Act re-opened so that the relevant powers can be taken away from the Scottish Parliament. Fortunately for everyone's sanity, Alistair Darling pretty much laughed off her suggestion, but it's doubtful that we've heard the last of it.
