Sheridan update

Following my earlier post, Sky News is now reporting that Tommy Sheridan has indeed been charged with perjury.

It has taken less than seven hours to get from arrest to charge in this instance. Why does the Government think that it should be allowed to take six weeks?

But I digress. I'd say Tommy's in trouble, but he appeared to be staring defeat in the face when he was suing the News of the World. Tommy might yet pull off another shock victory from the dock.

In his case, anything is possible.
